MensRelief (“MensRelief”) manages and operates an online domain/platform, https://wellness.mensrelief.com/ (“Website”), which provides expert consultation and solutions (“Services”) to address various problems that may affect a person’s sexual health. We at MensRelief strive to provide top-quality services that comply with industry standards to our users/customers (“Users”), from booking an expert session to avail of the Services, to initiating a refund. While booking sessions/availing the Services, the Platform promises a trouble-free and seamless experience in cancelling or rescheduling the sessions, or obtaining a refund for any cancellations thereof.
Any users availing the services offered by MensRelief shall be allowed a refund of the fees/charges paid for the Services, on the following terms and conditions:
1. Expert Consultation/Treatment Plan:
1.1. Any User who has booked a discovery call shall be entitled to a 100% refund of the fees paid, upon cancellation of the said booking within 2 hours after payment.
1.2. However, the Discovery call user shall be entitled to a 100% refund of the consultation fee paid, where such cancellation is due to a fault attributable to MensRelief, or due to the concerned expert not being present, failing to be present at the scheduled time, or cancelling the appointment for any reason.
1.3. If the user wishes to reschedule his/her session, then he/she shall do the same from his/her own profile on the MensRelief web application, any time but not later than 2 hours before the scheduled start time of the expert consultation, and shall be permitted to choose any other timeslot available for the concerned doctor.
1.4. Notwithstanding anything stated elsewhere, in case a User fails to join the scheduled consultation, due to any reason not attributable to MensRelief, then the same will be considered as a “no show” by the User and will not be entitled to any refund or adjustment of the consultation.
1.5. Any treatment plan once bought cannot be refunded.
1.6. If the user has attended all the calls with the assigned experts and has been 100% compliant with the expert suggestions, but the user sees no improvement, in such a case, the user can request a refund for the treatment plan, and the same shall be 100% refunded.
1.7. Point 1.6 is valid for treatment journeys which are for 45 days or more.
2. Application for Refund/Cancellation: Any application for refund or cancellation of any of the services mentioned above shall be communicated by the user through email to contact@lp.mensrelief.com, and MensRelief shall try to resolve such application at the earliest possible.
3. Refund Processing: Refunds shall be processed by MensRelief through its normal banking channels/ payment gateway into the User’s source account within 7 working days.
4. Policy Updates: This refund and cancellation policy (“Policy”) shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the MensRelief website, and MensRelief reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time, at its discretion. Users are therefore requested to check the Policy at the time of using the website. Please note that if the user does not accept the amendments/changes made to the Policy, then the user shall promptly discontinue use of the website. The continued usage of the website shall be construed as an acceptance of the changes made to the Policy.
5. Treatment Devices: All treatment devices, including but not limited to pumps, are non-refundable once purchased. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for these items post-purchase.
